Bill from Wangandary Olives and Michel from Maison Renoux have collaborated to make this heady mix of Wangandary's award winning, organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) and Michel's Aigre Doux (caramalised) vinegar.
The Vinegar Aigre Doux gives a dark and rich flavour which teamed with the wonderfully herbacous EVOO creates a lovely dipping oil, simple but sophistocated salad dressing, or a flavour add to vegetables.
