1. Choose from our existing range of hampers or build your own from our products

This is a simple and practical option, if:

• You are looking for a one-off gift or hamper; or
• You have a clear idea of the products you wish to gift

Simply purchase directly from our website. A personalised message can be left in the comment box at checkout, and we will include this with your hamper.

2. Let us curate a gift hamper selection for your review and approval

This is the perfect option, if:

• You have a specific budget you wish to have a hamper designed to; or
• You have unique requirements or would like some help pairing products together to curate the perfect gift hamper; or
• You are interested in purchasing a larger volume of hampers or repeat gifts.

For bulk hamper orders (over 10):

We are happy to provide a discount for corporate bulk hamper orders. Generally this will be

• 10 - 20 hampers - 10% off rrp (not including postage)
• 20 - 50 hampers - 15% off rrp (not including postage)
• 50 - 100 hampers - 20% off rrp (not including postage)
• 100 hampers and over – by quotation

To arrange a curated gift hamper or bulk hamper order, please complete the form below and we will assess your requirements and respond within 48 hours with a proposal for your review and feedback, and (if applicable) a quotation.

Please note that as our products as small batch produced, on occasion for volume orders, substitute products may need to be provided dependant on the lead time given. We would always communicate and work with you in this instance to ensure you are completely happy with the substitution suggested.

Personalisation

Personalisation from your company to the recipient is available through the inclusion of a personal message and corporately branded collateral.

Personal messages for low volume orders can be handwritten onto a gift card or printed onto a card to include your message and company branding.

Other branded collateral you may consider including could be corporately printed Christmas cards, logo stickers to go on packaging, company flyers or branded wrapping paper. We are happy to receive this collateral by courier or commercially print your products locally should you provide us with the appropriate electronic files. Please note associated printing costs would be invoiced in addition to hamper costs.

Packaging

Each corporate hamper comes packaged individually and couriered to your recipient directly from our Milawa (North East Victoria) store.

Hampers may be packaged in two ways:

1. Handmade “The Olive Shop” branded wooded crate which makes a fabulous keepsake for your recipients after the hamper content is finished.
   • Large – suitable for 5- 9 items - $16
   • Small – suitable for 3 -5 items - $14
2. Cardboard (non-branded) hamper tray
   • Large – suitable for 5- 9 items - $3.50
   • Small – suitable for 3 -5 items - $2.50

Delivery

We utilise the most efficient and cost effective delivery method for the particular order received. This may be through the AusPost system or a commercial courier company or other method as would be discussed with you. Delivery is available Australia wide.

Delivery is generally made within 5 business days from the parcels leaving our store. There is some regional and national variation dependent on the delivery network at the recipient’s location.

For bulk orders there may be a requirement for our small producers to produce extra quantities of product, or for us to purchase additional stock therefore additional lead time may be required. In this situation pre-order of hampers is a great way to ensure that your recipients receive their hamper at the date you desire.

Pre-Order

We are happy to take year-round pre-orders of corporate hampers to ensure that your hampers are designed, build and delivered to your recipients at the date you desire. We would check in with you each step of the way to ensure your gifting goals are met. For volume orders a deposit will be taken.

Wine and Craft Beer Gifting Program

We also showcase an extensive range of wines from the King Valley and surrounding wine regions, and a growing range of locally brewed craft beers. These can be included in your gift hamper as a little something special, we are able to arrange a wine gifting program for your company.
