Handmade pasta and sauces made on the farm in the King Valley wine region of North East Victoria. Made using only natural ingredients, whole free range eggs and durum wheat flour, proudly containing no artificial preservatives, colours or flavouring. It is hung and allowed to dry naturally, giving it a longer shelf life.
