This small family owned vineyard located on the thin granite hills of Eldorado in North East Victoria specialises in growing a small number of varieties.
Shiraz is a marque variety due to thin soils and minimal rainfall it exhibits intense fruit flavour, dark colour and soft tannins. Low yield grapes, a slow ferment, 4% Viognier, 50% new French oak and maturation for two years has resulted in our Second reserve Shiraz. Cellar for up to 15 years.
