Grown on the family farm "Little Liguria" on Kangaroo Island. Father and son team Dom and Michael run a mixed farming operation which includes olive groves, honey bees, seasonal grazing and agri-tourism. Dom and Michael are dedicated to caring for the land with a focus on regenerative agriculture and sustainable farming. Kangaroo Island olives are harvested once a year and produce award winning extra virgin olive oil and table olives.
This Mediterranean olive mix is mixed variety of seasonal olives picked throughout the harvest window. Naturally fermented, olives are slow cured at different stages of maturity which results in an assortment of flavour, texture, size, colour and ripeness. Lovely with a dash of fresh lemon and herbs.
