Grown on the family farm "Little Liguria" on Kangaroo Island. Father and son team Dom and Michael run a mixed farming operation which includes olive groves, honey bees, seasonal grazing and agri-tourism. Dom and Michael are dedicated to caring for the land with a focus on regenerative agriculture and sustainable farming. Kangaroo Island olives are harvested once a year and produce award winning extra virgin olive oil and table olives.
These traditional kalamata olives are finished in a red wine vinegar. They are lovely with a dash of sea salt and black pepper. Or you can discard the brine and marinate in a good quality extra virgin olive oil. They'll make a lovely addition to your appetiser plate.
