Dal Zotto Estate was established in the King Valley in 1987, and brought cool-climate wine varietals from the north of Italy to Australia. Notably Otto Dal Zotto is credited as one of the pioneers of Australian Prosecco. A family business that lives by the values of family, tradition and innovation.
We love Sangiovese for its concentrated cherry fruit, savoury notes and food friendliness. It seems that Dal Zotto fans do too, as it sells out in a flash! The 2022 is full of delicate floral aromas followed by plum that instantly invites you in. The palate is fresh and vibrant with hints of blueberry and fleshy red cherry, finishing with lingering acidity and typical Sangiovese elegance.
