A small, boutique winery in the Alpine Valley established lovingly tended by Tony and Josie Ferraro, who are continuing a family tradition of grape growing and wine making for over 50 years.
The great red wine of Italy, Nebbiolo is predominantly associated with the Piedmont region of Italy. Typically red in colour the Ferraro Wines Nebbiolo has a rich earthy flavour and aromas of raspberries, tar and roses.
Beautiful paired with dishes with a higher fat content, creams and cheeses which will act with the higher tannin. Our favourite is Nebbiolo paired with truffle and mushroom risotto.
