Located in the lower King Valley, Ciavarella Oxley Estate was a family-owned established in 1978 and is now closed. Their focus of winemakers Cyril and Tony Ciavarella on producing quality wines lives on with the last of the Oxley Estate vintage being made available through King Valley Wine Cellars.
The handcrafted Ciavarella Oxley Estate Chardonnay 2015 balances rich melon and apple flavours with clean citrus fruits, flint and a crisp finish on the palate.
Pair with antipasti, baked trout, smoked salmon, and lemon chicken.
