A classic combination, Red wine and chocolate!
Pinotage is a cross between the two French grape varietals Pinot Noir and Cinsaut. The Bike & Barrel Pinotage 2019 is matured in French oak for 18 months, and shows a palate of complex black fruits and a fine, juicy tannin. This are together with the Artisan Mill Dark Chocolate Coffee Beans which are locally roasted here in the North-East of Victoria and covered in a 53% dark couverture chocolate.
It's a grown up pairing that will compliment your Valentine's Day dinner, or will sit perfectly with a cheese platter and cosy conversation.
